About Parkinson Property
Parkinson Property is an independently owned business that has provided a letting and property management service in Lancaster and Morecambe since 1986. We currently fully manage over 460 residential properties and 47 block properties comprising over 1,000 apartments and houses.
We provide an out of hours maintenance service 365 days a year through a local helpdesk. This facility is included in the service we provide. Property owners pay the cost of the contractor invoice, but the provision and coordination of the service is included in all of our management services.
Andrew Parkinson regularly makes use of Rightmove data to price properties realistically to achieve letting in a quick timeframe, avoiding lengthy void periods. We find lower tenant turnover when properties are priced well and are comparable to those within the area.
We offer a simple menu of prices for the services that we offer, which are completely transparent. We conduct viewings seven days a week up to 7.00pm with an approved team of professional local contractors.
